Purchasing Agent (m/f/d) / Location: Throughout Germany
Your responsibilities:
Purchasing & Planning
- Needs assessment, requests for quotes, price negotiations, and order processing
- Analysis of inventory movements, as well as inventory management and optimization
- Communication with suppliers, including clarifications, pricing of new items, and quality assurance during goods receipt
- Contribute to the regular expansion of the product range by evaluating supplier innovations
Interface Work & Support
- Collaboration with internal departments and logistics service providers
- Willingness to assist the inside sales team as needed
Our expectations:
- Completed business or technical training
- Some experience in purchasing, ideally also in inventory planning
- Proficient in using ERP systems and standard MS Office applications
- Basic technical knowledge of window and facade manufacturing or installation is a plus
- Collaborative, confident negotiation skills and a strong grasp of numbers
- A strong sense of initiative, organizational skills, and a passion for taking on responsibility within a small, efficient
team - A versatile mindset and openness to new tasks or unexpected
